These tools are nice gadgets but they don’t tell you much. the valuation of an object (company, painting website e.g.) are best done by humans using models they can understand and manipulate. Case is different. If valuations where easy we would not have a financial crisis.

Yeah. That is very true. That is why all these if u tried it will never gives the same value. These are just simply tools to benchmark the value of certain websites, depending on the criteria that the tools taken into such as pagerank, number of hits, number of pages, posts, internal and external link qualities etc. These i think is 10 of the most used by people to benchmark their link/website for selling etc. Just for info.
